Decent Stay with Minor Issues

The food was lovely and the staff were fantastic. The team on WhatsApp responded quickly. Buggies picked us up fast and bikes were brought for us to ride around. Our pool villa was lovely and relaxing.
The door to the villa was half broken. I could push it in easily. The room was not really five stars. I found the room okay but not worth five stars. The kayak station seemed old and not safe.

The breakfast had a decent variety of choices. Bicycles were available all over the resort so I could cycle and see sunrise on the jetty. OH MY GOODNESS. I also got to other facilities including a gym and kyaking activities.
The door to close the villa was half broken. You could push it in easily.

i found the villa to be very quiet, offering plenty of privacy. the staff were consistently helpful and always available to assist when needed. i particularly appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms and the overall design that prevented feeling crowded.

the water villa included a private pool overlooking the lagoon , it was a nice feature. the bathroom area featured a separate greenhouse-like space for the shower and toilet , offering ample space. a bathtub was also present in the main room.

the staff processed our check-in efficiently upon our late arrival , i noticed. the team kept us updated via whatsapp , ensuring our safe return to the resort.

the villa had its own pool. the bed was large and comfortable! the air conditioning worked very well. the staff uses whatsapp to communicate, this made arranging a buggy to the restaurant very easy.
The security did not meet the standards i expect. It took a long time to investigate a missing item.

The staff was friendly and helpful, I did like that.
The room smelled very musty. I suspect mold. The air conditioning was also weak and struggled to cool the room. These issues, even disappointing.
